Based on more than 30 years of industrial experience, ProcessManager is dedicated to building management systems.
ProcessManager was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, on January 1st, 2004.
The two founders had broad management experience from large international companies and both hold an E*MBA degree.
Focus was initially on strategy and operational efficiency but shifted early towards building management systems.
To strengthen this service the company initiated the development of a dedicated software, named ProcessManager.
A web version was launched in 2007 and has been the backbone ever since.
Initially, management systems were built in traditional tools like Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint.
It looked fine, but it quickly turned out that it was far too difficult for customers to handle when adjustments and improvements were needed. It gave birth to a dream of developing a software program that was super easy to work with and tailored to our way of mapping and unpacking company processes.
The very first edition was launched and tested in collaboration with Gentofte municipality’s Social and Health Administration in 2007.
As it became evident that ProcessManager was the ideal approach and system for building ISO certified management systems, consultancy services were gradually targeted to support this trend.
With ProcessManager, it was now possible to establish simple systems that built on customers’ existing systems and documents making an ISO-certification easy and affordable.
Today we have strong expertise and proven templates for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
